Why is this of concern you ask?
Because the pineal gland regulates many hormones including controls our circadian clock, and melatonin release. Have a hard time sleeping? Want solutions?
The pineal gland is a powerhouse that is also known as our THIRD EYE. It also is responsible for cardiovascular health, mentral cycles (females, duh) AND ....... MOOD STABILIZATION. There has also been some connection regarding an impaired pineal gland function and risk of cancer. There has been a increased risk of colon cancer in rats who have had an over exposure to light, which led to cellular damage.
Some symptoms that may indicate that your pineal gland is malfunctioning include: Seizures, disruption in memory, headaches, nausea and damaging vision and other senses.
Here are six things you can do to decalcify the pineal gland:
1. Use fluoride filters to minimize fluoride intake from public water
2. Stop using fluoride toothpaste and only opt for fluoride free alternatives (I love my charcoal brand I found)
3. Stop taking calcium supplements with synthetic calcium
4. Avoid using nonstick cookware with PFOA & PFC (chemicals used to make Teflon- these breakdown into the foods you cook with)
5. Eat only organic Whole Foods
6. Avoid processed foods and food sprayed with pesticides.
This is the not the first research to implicate fluoride in contributing to so-called ectopic calcification, or the calcification of soft tissue.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
Because the pineal gland amongst it's important functions, also referred to as the THIRD EYE, is responsible for producing melatonin and our circadian clock, which
