How does flooring create emotion?

Everyday we walk on multiple genres of flooring.

Whether we realise it or not this impacts our day to day life. We can subconsciously take in the cracks of the pavement or beautiful artwork in carpet. While conversing with friends or in a business meeting. Modieus are always thinking about how we can design stunning flooring to evoke emotion and conversation.

Creating a design will always start with a feeling, a concept, ultimately creates an emotion. As a designer I take inspiration from all aspects of life. Patterns on the road after a shower of rain. Dappled light through the leaves as the sun moves direction. All artwork is fuelled by slight of eye and subtle details we as humans draw in.
