How does ESG change our life?

 Here are Vivendi’s 10 key ESG facts over the last 12 months:

1/ As a public company, Vivendi was the first Group in the CAC 40 which decided in March 2020, to fully commit to a new and innovative approach of ESG for our ESG investors and to dedicate one senior Investor Relation to ESG

2/ Starting point of our ESG approach has been unveiled at our 2020 Shareholders Meeting by Yannick Bolloré, Chairman of Vivendi’s Supervisory Board

3/ We have created a Sustainability Team of 15 experts to address ESG transverse topics: CSR, Human Resources, Financing, Reporting, Standard Accounting, Cyber Security, Data Privacy, Communication, Legal, Content, Innovation… It’s a fantastic Team with such a positive energy!

4/ We have engaged a fruitful dialog with more than 50 ESG Investors & Analysts to better understand their expectations

5/ Since then, ESG investors’ weight has almost doubled in our share equity capital;

6/ In December 2020, we finalized our first discovery ESG investor Deck

7/ On March 3, 2021, we released dedicated ESG slides in our Full Year Financial Presentation including the company’s Purpose/Raison d’être and new commitments

8/ On March 22, 2021, Vivendi integrated the CAC 40 ESG, the new Euronext index of the Paris Stock Exchange

9/ On April 26, 2021, we released our Annual Report – Universal Registration Document 2020 highlighting the work done

10/ We are currently working on the 2nd ESG investor Deck, which will integrate the updated 2020 figures and our ESG Story under our new CSR program Creation For the Future; it will be out by the end of May!
