Last week, I was all about spotting the early warning signs of burnout. This time, I wanted to talk about ways to stop burnout before it starts. But guess what? My digging and chatting with folks kept bringing up one thing: AI, or artificial intelligence, and its growing spot in our work life. Sure, AI is super handy and can make us more productive. Some of us might even feel better using it. But, it's not all sunshine and rainbows. It's got a side that could mess with our heads and make burnout a bigger problem...
So, I figured the best thing to do is explore the subject and to shine a light on it.
Knowing about a problem is the first step to fixing it, right??
Let's look at some ways AI might sneakily lead to burnout:

2. Over-Reliance on Technology: The Human Cost

Wrapping It Up
AI stepping into our lives is something we can't avoid - can we? But we've got to guide it so it makes our lives better, not harder. We can use AI to do great things, but we've got to remember to keep our human touch, stay in charge of our choices, and keep our work and home lives separate and balanced.
As we mix AI into our lives, we've got to think hard about how to do it in a way that's fair and keeps us feeling good.
I'm really curious about what you think AI might do to our minds. What do you reckon?
