How to do your check-in at BRAND MINDS

Only 2 days until nine global experts will rock the stage at BRAND MINDS! We have many surprises in store for you, it’s going to be awesome!?

For those of you who are coming to this year’s edition of BRAND MINDS, keep reading, we have important information to share with you.

If you haven’t purchased tickets to BRAND MINDS, the clock is ticking, but there is still time, buy tickets here.

HOW TO DO YOUR CHECK-IN

STEP 1: Log into your BRAND MINDS Account at https://my.brandminds.com/account/login. You can do that by clicking the LOGIN TO CHECK IN button on the top menu of the BRAND MINDS website. Fill in the email address you used to buy your tickets.

STEP 2: Open your Account Login email & click on the Access My Account button.

STEP 3: In your BRAND MINDS Account, go to the TICKETS section on the left side menu.

STEP 4: Click on the ASSIGN THIS TICKET Button & fill in your data.

What is the difference between CHECK-IN and REGISTRATION?

• CHECK-IN implies the assignation of the tickets and you can do it in your BRAND MINDS account.
• REGISTRATION is based on check-in and involves receiving your event access bracelet and badge.

EARLY REGISTRATION: WHERE TO PICK UP YOUR BADGE & BRACELET

You can pick up your event access badge and bracelet starting TOMORROW between 12:00 and 21:00 in the following locations:

MAY 31st & JUNE 1st

How to leverage the BRAND MINDS Networking App

1. Set up your account: name, job role, industry, company name, interest, country, interested/not interested in networking, profile photo.
2. Search professionals to connect with by industry, company name, job role or interests.
3. Once you have found the right professional, and they are open to networking, you have 2 options: CHAT (where you can talk to them by in-app message) or SUGGEST MEETING (where you can choose a Meeting Slot in Your schedule and suggest it to them).
4. You will receive the meeting confirmation by email also.
5. If the person accepts your meeting suggestion, you will see it in Your schedule. Good luck!
