How Do You Track Culture Optimization Goals & Measure Success?

We created the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative? for leaders and organizations who are committed to personal growth, developing leadership skills, and contributing to authentically positive workplace cultures. So when it comes to up-skilling and developing around these areas, how do you set realistic goals for yourself and your company? And how do you track and know that you are progressing towards those goals?

This month in our membership community, we're focusing on IEP Method? tools, best practices, and resources around setting and tracking your goals and measuring success in an authentic and positive way!

Here are some of our best practices when it comes to tracking and measuring goals — especially when developing positively contagious workplace cultures:

  • Use Diagnostics and Assessments: Measuring personal growth might feel like a fairly subjective process. But, by keeping tabs on your journey and seeing how far you've come, you can create a growth roadmap and pinpoint areas you want to work on along the way. We recommend diagnostics to create a baseline helps you determine where you are so you know where you can go.
  • Develop Milestones and Celebrate Achievements: Goals that have milestones and a proven track for completion are an effective way to ensure you are set up for success. In the Postiive Energy Workplace community, you can become a Certified Positive Energy Leader and a catalyst for positive change within your organization by completing the requirements for credentials, including experiential and live trainings, self-study courses, and demonstrating mastery of the IEP Method.
  • Getting SMART with Your Goals: Have you ever set a goal with great intentions, but find yourself falling short from actually accomplishing it? Or perhaps one of your team members needs some guidance on how to set goals that are realistic and time-constrained? SMART Goals are a great way to cross-check the excitement of setting big goals while making sure they are attainable and achievable. SMART stands for: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant/Realistic, and Time-bound. The SMART framework also encourages a cycle of continuous improvement. Once a goal is achieved, leaders can reflect and take note of what worked, what didn't, and apply those insights to future goals, fostering a culture of learning and growth!
