How do you think about GenAI as a broader organizational topic vs just a technology one?

Last week, our Chief Executive Officer Mulinge Sylvia M.B.S participated in the MWC 2024 Women’s Breakfast, during which discussions centred on the blueprint of the future organization characterized by Generative AI empowerment and people-centric dynamics.

One thing many clients “regret from their early digitization wave, was viewing AI advancements as primarily as a technology shift vs. something that would fundamentally change the entire organization ( including talent, organization set up etc).

How do you think about GenAI as a broader organizational topic vs just a technology one?

Telecom companies in Uganda can leverage GenAI for better customer service, network optimization, and fraud detection. However, they must address ethical concerns and ensure inclusive access for all customers.
