How Do You Thank Your Employees?

Small Gestures create Big Impact. But they are often overlooked & Organizations pump good money in the name of engagement wherein the impact is short lived or almost non existent.

So how do we accentuate  Employee Engagement level while making it all linked to the very Organization's core & Purpose? 

Around 2 years back we started a novel initiative to transform our expanding workforce into an engaged community by way of linking them to Organization Values.Today this initiative features in one of the top "Thanking" practice on Great Place to work Institute website.

I have shared the practice on the Link as I felt that any organization small or big, for profit or Non profit can benefit immensely from this practice.

The best part of the initiative is  that you don't  need to allocate a budget & can pretty much start the practice today &  No need to spend mindless hours on strategizing. We had started this initiative in a 'Blink' !
