How Do You Start To Write a Book

You don't have to be a writer to write a book.

Do you know how many people who have never had an interest in writing at all become published authors? Quite a few, and Susan Moses could perhaps be one of them.

According to the National Book Club Conference hosted by Curtis Bunn, where Ms. Moses was a featured author, Susan Moses is a celebrity plus-size fashion stylist of some of Hollywood's biggest stars, including Queen Latifah, Kathy Bates, Chaka Khan, Mary, Mary and Sherri Shepard, among others.

She used her vast experience and success in the fashion industry to write the book, The Art of Dressing Curves: The Best-Kept Secrets of a Fashion Stylist, a guide for plus-size women seeking to look fashionable when they step out of the house.

Imagine that; someone whose love and passion is fashion actually pens a book about her knowledge, wisdom, expertise and experience, and pretty much makes herself an authority and expert by doing so.

Maybe Susan, like many other authors, didn't even write her book. Maybe she talked her book. Yes, maybe she compiled interviews, talks and speeches she'd given over the years and used today's latest speech to text programs and turned it into a book.

What do you love to do? What is your passion? What are you great at? What subject/niche/career path can you provide information, tips and suggestions on?

Once you've answered those questions, decide which path to publishing is right for you, and then write your book . . . or talk it!
