“I am looking to improve my social media presence and generate more leads…”

Every day these business owner, multi-location company, or large enterprise is grasping with inquiry on how they could gain in terms of increasing their brand awareness, generate leads and specially to double their sales through social media marketing ideas.

These business owner and companies invest more money and sometimes venture, unaware of what they need help exactly in social media marketing just to be on top on their industry.

Believe it or not, these people we’re the one who wants to have a fast return of investment.

“How long will it takes us to grow to 100k likes?”

“Can you generate 10 leads in a week?”

Seriously, I felt downhearted with the idea they have but that is why they reach out to have better understanding of the marketing ideas they need.

Without understanding what your goals are, who your target audience is, and what they want, it'll be hard to achieve results on social media.

Developing a social media marketing strategy is essential.

Do you want more followers?

Do you want more engagement?

Do you want more leads?

How do you start a social media strategy?

Step 1: Set social media goals that align with your overall company goals…

Start with some key questions. ...

Step 2: Learn about your client's audience or your customer avatar (Demographic profile, likes and dislikes, pain and interest, hobbies, favourites)

Step 3: Get to know the competition.

The simplest way to find competitors is through a simple Google search. Look up your most valuable keywords, phrases and industry terms to see who shows up.

Step 4: Conduct a social media audit.

A social media audit is an examination of a person or organisation's social media presence that will help you make sure that it is achieving maximum ROI.

Step 5: Develop a content strategy.

Great content is created for a specific purpose, and this purpose needs to be defined. Your content strategy can be effective when you know who your audience is.

Hopefully this breakdown served as some much-needed inspiration and guidance for reaching your social goals for this year.

Without continuously analysing your efforts, you’ll never know how one campaign did over another. Having a bird’s eye view of your social media activity helps put things into perspective.

By now you should have a big picture understanding of your social marketing strategy for 2019.

Tell me, what are the struggles you are currently facing right now with your social media strategy?
