I have spent the morning out and about on-site to ensure that we are delivering the best possible service for our clients. My strategy when it comes to building long-term relationships is to understand what each client needs are, in turn building up a very detailed picture of how they work, enabling me to deliver the best possible service.
As a Business Development Manager at STM Group (UK) Ltd, product knowledge is key. Being out on-site and attending various training or product shows is how I achieve this, it helps me understand issues faced daily.
I would be lying if I said my workload is never without its issues, that’s why it is so important to have your finger on the pulse and solving problems is something I thrive on, this is an integral part of my role on a day to day basis. Our clients are the most integral part of our business and that’s why we put them at the centre of everything we do.
