How do you reflect on your coaching practice?

Transforming aspiring professionals into influential leaders through coaching. Transforming coaches into professionals through supervision. Demystifying supervision through research. Coaching | Supervision | Research
Here’s an idea for structuring your reflective practice.?It’s called the Four Territories of Experience (Torbet, B., Fisher, D. and Rooke, D. (2004) Action Inquiry, Oakland CA: Berrett-Koehler), and is a framework that can be used to prepare for supervision.?
Note:? the territories deepen from 1 through 4, from the external world we observe (1), through the inner sensations and emotions we experience (2), the thoughts we have about those experiences (3), to the point where we are aware of our experience in real time (4): reflection-in-action, rather than reflection-on-action; our awareness of awareness, if you will.
The suggested questions below are indicative to get you started.

I really like this. I'm reflecting on it already! Reminds me of the (Claire Pedrick MCC's) questions "what are you noticing about what you are noticing when you are noticing what you are noticing?" (Apols if misquoted)
