These are the simplest rules for risk management. We are entering into highly volatile times, so make sure to be prepared. Risk management is always simple, what’s hard is sticking to it. So identify your rules and just focus on not going against them. Risk the same percentage for every trade. Have a well defined break-even strategy. It needs rules. Also determine how many trades are you willing to take on a weekly basis and then working with that is going to determine your daily trade limit. This will keep you away from over trading. Finally always use a stop loss and target price and have rules behind their placement.
