2023 is in 153 days: In the business + marketing world, that means it is time for NODS. Wait, you aren’t familiar with the marketing term NODS? Makes sense since I made it up. It’s my update to the Mad Men era SWOT analysis. I don't know about you, but I am not swatting anything when I am evaluating my business. I am nodding. “Oh yes, that works. More of that, please.” Or nodding, “No, NO. That didn’t work.” NODS are the good + not-so-good things in our business. An evaluation of past performance. An analysis of an idea. A look at them bit by bit.
N: Non-Viable: The bits that aren't working or aren't making you money. The re-evaluation, if you will. O: Openings: The places you could take your business or chances you could take. The possibilities. D: Deficiencies: The gaps that need support or a tweak. The infusions your business could use. S: Stability: The bits that work and you need to keep building on. Your workhorse, your business foundation.

I LOVE GOOD FOOD! HERE'S A RECENT EAT. Pizza Hut Say what you want, but this food adventure was delightful. They have the best cheese bread sticks. The 80's flashback simply added to the good times.
LAUGH EVERYDAY. TODAY'S GIGGLE. Fireworks I. LOVE. FIREWORKS. I take in as many shows as possible during the summer. I also wonder why we don't have many winter fireworks shows. Know the answer - Hit reply and tell me.
LEARN SOMETHING DAILY TODAY'S SOMETHING. Peer to Peer I am an Apple/Mac girl. Reason #1.000,001 is this! I got a new laptop. Turn it on, and it prompts me for peer-to-peer mode. In a little over 1.5 hours, my new machine was identical to my old one. INCLUDING content not on iCloud.
