Deuteronomy 25:4 You shall not muzzle an ox when it is treading out the grain.

As leaders, managers, CEOs, teachers, coaches, parents, or anyone who is in a position to lead we all need to take this verse to heart. If you lead with an iron fist, wear blinders to ideas, have a death grip on process and a choke hold on the purse strings you're doing a huge disservice to your organization and the team around you. God (the ultimate CEO) commands us to allow creativity, give praise and encouragement and reward effort. Yes we should look for people to give their all as unto the Lord, but we should reward and encourage the effort throughout. Lead as God commands and have a blessed day!
