4 Show appreciation

When we appreciate our team, our business performance can also improve. This is because appreciation is a key ingredient in maintaining a healthy and productive work environment. By showing our appreciation for our team's hard work, we are sending a message that we value their contribution to the company. This, in turn, can lead to increased motivation and productivity in our team.
