This is a common question I get from leaders who want all the benefits of an Agile Mindset culture, yet have little time to invest the time or effort it takes to achieve such an outcome.

“How do you implement the Agile Mindset into a culture that’s moving fast?”
Ideally, Agile Mindset Readiness efforts should begin ahead of, or in tandem with the Agile Transformation.
In fact, Agile Mindset Readiness Principle #1 teaches: “Agile Mindset readiness is the first step toward building an Agile Mindset culture and must be a deliberate intentional effort.”
However, the reality is many organizations put the cart before the horse by launching Agile ways of working ahead of Agile ways of thinking and being.
