For most small business verticals google my business is the #1 source. Ideally Google wants over 100 reviews with them being responded too. The #1 reason why many businesses don't is because they don't have a proven system.

- Make it easy for customers to leave reviews: Provide a link to your Google My Business listing in your email signature or on your website, or even more convenient send it automatically to their phone via text or email. Make it easy for customers to find and leave a review.
- Respond to reviews: Responding to both positive and negative reviews can show that you value your customers' feedback and care about their experience. This can encourage more customers to leave reviews.
- Offer incentives: Consider offering incentives, such as discounts or promotions, to customers who leave reviews on Google My Business. Just be sure to follow Google's guidelines for review incentives.
- Use social media: Share links to your Google My Business listing on your social media accounts and encourage followers to leave reviews.
