9 年I like the idea of changing my routine - sometimes even benign things like taking a different route to my usual places (the office, my favorite coffee shop) - it usually 'shows' me something I haven't seen recently and generates an idea (a sign on the side of the road, a person walking a dog, etc.) I also find meditation quiets while opening the mind and that can spark creativity as well. Oh and taking a walk!
