How do you feel when you eat?

You can start your energy transformation by really tuning in to how you feel when you eat ??????????????.

How do you feel after you eat something?

Tired? Foggy? Bloated? Still hungry ???

Or energized? Clear? Light but satiated?

Pay attention to how food makes you feel.

You may realize intuitively that you need to make some changes.

Investigation made the difference for me.

I learned so much by using a scientific process to identify what proportion of macronutrients I should be eating, and the right functional lab tests to show me the foods I should avoid.

With this clarity, my energy and my health began to transform.

Yours can too, and you can start with simply paying attention.

When something doesn’t feel right in your body, it’s your body asking you to pay attention, to tune into what it’s trying to tell you.

Have you ever noticed that when you have a stressful day your stomach gets upset, you experience joint pain, you can’t sleep ?? or your skin breaks out?

Or when you eat certain things your body reacts in some way?

This is your body talking to you, telling you it needs something.

We’ve become accustomed to accepting things that are common as normal, but just because something is common does NOT mean it’s normal.

Low energy, exhaustion, and burnout might be common, but they are NOT ok and they shouldn’t be considered normal.

You can transform from burned out to lit up ??.

You can evolve from exhausted to energized.

Start with your food!
