Are we rewarding effort or only wins as we perceive them traditionally in society?

Are we rewarding the person that took first place, or the people that ran the race?

That stepped up to the plate?

I’d encourage you to always reward effort.??

When you acknowledge people’s hard earned effort that they put in and you acknowledge them for how they show up in your organization they are guaranteed to put in that little bit extra - to go the extra mile to get the sale, to get the deal, and to do whatever they have to do to provide your clients with a world class, top of the line experience.
