How do you define success?

Vince Lombardi is famous for quoting "the only place you will find success before work is in the dictionary". That is the truest of any statement ever made! Now everyone may have a different definition, but nobody can argue that to be successful you need to work, and work hard. I learned as a young man growing up in the 70's that work was not an option: paper routes ( anyone remember them?) cutting grass, clearing brush, shoveling snow etc...Then working 2 jobs in high school ( while playing 3 sports) and always trying to save for college. So what does all this have to do with success? Its how my work ethic was born and nurtured too what has been a fairly successful career. My two kids ( one a Westpoint Cadet, the other and Aerospace Engineering student) all grew up knowing that hard work was how they where going to be successful. In today's world of, lets face it, kids that grew up not wanting for much, as it was always given to them, hard work is ( in many cases) not always how today's generation defines success.
So changing behavior may seem hard but its not. It does not matter if you are 21 or 61 you change you daily routine and focus on things that will make a more successful in not only your business career but in you daily life. Now I am no life coach or psychologist but I am somebody that always wants to be better. So the following are things in my daily routine for you to think about.

Nothing, revolutionary here but try to make a few changes and I can promise you success (in however you define it ) will start to come
Thanks for listening!
