How Do You Deal With Willful Defect?
Sometimes, the answer is just to walk away and chalk it up to experience.
But sometimes, the answer is to call attention to the problem — and hope that somewhere, someone in charge is willing to do the right thing. I’m still holding-out hope that someone at LG will do just that for me, and for everyone else who owns the same model phone I use. So here goes - - -
