How Do You Deal With Willful Defect?

Sometimes, the answer is just to walk away and chalk it up to experience.

But sometimes, the answer is to call attention to the problem — and hope that somewhere, someone in charge is willing to do the right thing. I’m still holding-out hope that someone at LG will do just that for me, and for everyone else who owns the same model phone I use. So here goes - - -

 IS THE LG V10 THE DUMBEST PHONE EVER question mark

YOU TELL ME period

I’VE OWNED FOUR SMART PHONES comma

THE V10 IS BY FAR THE MOST EXPENSIVE ONE I’VE EVER OWNED comma

AND IT’S THE ONLY ONE THAT ROUTINELY SPELLS OUT THE WORDS “PERIOD” comma
“QUESTION MARK” comma
“EXCLAMATION POINT” comma
AND “COMMA” comma
WHEN I DICTATE TEXTS AND EMAILS period

LG TECH HELP TOLD ME IT’S A KNOWN DEFECT period

KNOW WHAT LG CUSTOMER SERVICE TOLD ME question mark
“WE’RE NOT REPLACING YOUR PHONE” exclamation point

YEAH comma
I CALLED THEM comma
AND THAT’S PRETTY MUCH WHAT THEY SAID period

WORSE STILL comma
THE “MANAGER” I SPOKE TO SAID HE WAS DOING THE RIGHT THING exclamation point

CAN YOU BELIEVE IT exclamation point question mark
