At Worksmart we help our customers reach compliance within the financial services sector, but you may be wondering how we ourselves ensure our own compliance when handling customers’ sensitive data!

We are classed as a data processor under the GDPR regulations, so contractually must comply with all GDPR requirements. We control both the security of customer data to the highest standards. We also manage data deletion very carefully, ensuring we fully comply with both GDPR and other relevant regulation, e.g. DISP.

When using our software, you don’t need to worry about GDPR. We’ve got that taken care of.
