NETWORKING, how do we get there? Take the first step!

Dear Group,

By Joining LinkedIn I was hoping that the initiative will change our thinking about Networking. The advantage I have found is the forward-thinking advanced selection criteria, as to whom you want in your circle and for what purpose.

Our primary objective in this, is to enhance sales, sharing leads and proactively pick up and act on industry trends to sustain business competitive era.

Needless to say, I think we have a powerful tool, but I sincerely feel one can make more of it in its current form. Reading and listening are two different worlds, but bringing it together, I am of the opinion Networking can productively change.

We all on LinkedIn seem to be closely connected within the I.T related industry be it, Human resources, Warehousing & Logistics, Retail operations, Travel, Car Rental and/or Global Networking Infrastructure support.

The idea with this is to start a secondary bi-monthly Network sessions focusing on a particular industry.

Some of the added advantages to us all will be the art of;

? Generating Leads, which leads to business success

? Enhancing our company’s profile

? Partnership opportunities with associated interest

? Influential Advise which will create positive energy & rejuvenate confidence

? Creating a platform to speak

Depending on the Group’s interest in this initiative, ID Technologies Africa will gladly take the lead on this and initiate the essential Network Meetings. Venues can be set nationwide (Cape Town – River Club Golf course, Durban – Royal Durban Golf Club and Midrand JHB – Leeuwkop Golf Club), who knows, where the initiative can take us if we are serious about business.
