SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. It is a popular tool used by businesses to assess their current situation and plan for the future.
Let's break down each step of the SWOT analysis:
1.?????Strengths: This is where you identify what your business is good?at. Understanding what your company does exceptionally well is necessary for identifying your strengths. Consider what differentiates your company from the competition. It could be anything from exceptional customer service to one-of-a-kind products or services, as well as having a strong brand, excellent customer service, or a one-of-a-kind product.
