How do Public and Private Sectors get together to combat the Corona Virus and help affected People?

1- Keeping the Supply Chain and Logistics lines open locally as well as globally because it is very critical in a crisis to ensure there is enough supply of materials including surgical masks, disinfectant, protective suits and safety goggles for the front-line medical workers and food and other necessary supplies for people.
2- Providing and facilitating necessary infrastructure including setting up hospitals and clinics for testing and treatment, sparing old beds and manufacturing new beds for the affectees in the hospitals efficiently and quickly.
3- Guarantee the continuous Power Supply to key facilitates particularly hospitals and security providing institutions through extra efforts.
4- Providing internet services by Telecom companies. They should make sure to provide internet services to keep the communication lines open to keep connected with remote clinics and diagnostic centre, which enables medical staff to conduct remote online consultations with potential patients and advising the local medical staff.
5- Fighting against misinformation and providing right information. In today’s hyper-connected online world, fake news, rumour and misinformation can travel faster than any pathogen. Mass Media companies and channels could offer new tools to share reliable information and counteract myths.
6-Making arrangements through media to show locations of confirmed and suspected cases of the virus so that people can avoid more-affected areas plus giving information if someone tested positive so that they can take appropriate self-quarantine measures or visit the hospital if symptoms appear. Launching free online health consultation services to educate people about the epidemic.
7- Helping people get back to work and school virtually. The outbreak has forced people to work and education remotely; millions of workers are now using tools for online workplace collaboration.
8-Adding new features to internet tools including increased quota of video conference participants and call times, online health check-ins and industry-specific solutions, also offer free use of the commercial version of these to all SMEs, street communities, NGOs, hospitals, and medical institutions.
9-Online education platforms should offer free online classes to school students nationwide and launch online classrooms, enabling teachers and professors to conduct online courses from home to avoid the spread of the virus and to minimise the impact of school postponements
10-Both government and private companies should launch a talent-sharing or intern plan to hire short-term staff from temporarily affected sectors, including restaurants, daily wagers and small shops that are closed by law or have simply shut due to lack of customers, for flexible job openings in e-commerce and supermarkets to minimize the impact of unemployment,
11- Subsidising the couriers & transportation services and low-interest loans to medium-size businesses to mitigate short-term risks and damage to support small businesses and SMEs
12- Sharing tech solutions to accelerate medical responses. Companies should develop or sharing their technological tools to support preparedness and response for this outbreak and future epidemics by expanding the supply capacity of virus detection products and accelerate the testing processes.
13- Simplifying procedures for the approval of testing kits and gene-sequencing systems by government.
14- Scaling up the production of testing kits and establishes the emergency test laboratories aim to speed up the testing of cases by Pharmaceutical companies.
15- Offering AI computing capabilities to public research institutions for free to support virus gene sequencing, new drug R&D and protein screenings by cloud providing companies
16-Opening up facilities to genetic testing agencies, epidemic prevention centres and research institutes around the country.
17-Donating high-end medical equipment including ,CT scanners, AI medical imaging, cloud platform and remote advanced post-processing software to public n private hospitals and scanners for front-line clinicians to detect and monitor the disease on CT scans by High Tech medical companies.
