How to do a product launch right

This is my Thank You note to the entire team who worked on the successful launch of Cisco #SparkBoard. I want you to know that your many months of preparation, attention to detail, and warm smiles did not go unnoticed.

You communicated clearly

Even before we knew exactly what it was, we knew something big was coming. You shared timelines and let us know what we could announce and when. Way to get us excited!

You invited everybody

While the focus was on collaboration, you made sure to include everyone in the company. After all, security is everywhere, everybody's work lives in the cloud, and we are the company that built the internet.

You took care of our needs

The best examples I can give of respect for the audience are the comfy #WiFi enabled buses that shuttled us from San Jose to San Francisco and back, the clear seating arrangements, and the food and drink you had for us throughout, even on the shuttle ride back.

So, congratulations again to the #CiscoSpark team! Thank you for making all of Cisco part of your HUGE week.
