I get asked a lot how does the freelance thing work. Well basically it is a 12 week sprint in 1-3 areas of your business that you as an in place Ecommerce Manager or business founder can't get to.

It's starts with a free audit of your site and ecommerce marketing. I look at Google Analytics, your site, Google Merchant Centre, Your Google Ad Campaigns and Email Automations.

I find opportunities to grow your business fast and tell you what they are.

That service is free and takes me between 4-6 hours.

From there you might look at my website for pricing on:

1. Performance Based Advertising.
2. Email Automations (Including Messenger) Set Up & Optimisation.
3. Messenger Bot Design & Build
4. Conversion Rate Optimisation.

Depending on how many projects I have on the go I typically only work with a maximum of 5 businesses at a time.

If you want to do the maths look at what are the current market rates for experienced Ecommerce Managers per annum, divide that by 5 and you have your base pricing.
