Step one: Make an offer before the property is on the market. You can do this with the help of HomeCo and the agents who have their ear to the ground looking for great deals for you.

Step two: Write a love letter to the sellers! Let them know how much you love the home and why you want to buy it. Make sure the seller knows that their home will be left in good hands if sold to you.
