?I was asked on a call last week, "why are you so happy?", "how do you stay so positive?"...
Life can be tough. It's full of ups and downs, wins and failures.
It can be so easy to let those small things get to you.
The traffic. Lockdowns. The scale not going the way you want it to. Getting frustrated at work or your family.
The reality is, we're all going to die one day.
So the way I look at things , life is far too short to be so worried or angry all the time.
The decisions I make day to day, are based around 1 single idea. I want to live a great fucking life.
This involves doing something I love, having the freedom to travel and move, making enough money to make choices and not live in fear.
Most days that doesn't go to plan. There are issues, challenges, problems and that's just life.
When it comes to living a long healthy life and performing at your best, most people go straight to physical health. Which is of course is a massive piece of the puzzle.
But staying positive and having a bulletproof mindset in my opinion is just as important.
If you're having a tough day, week or even year, then I like to remember this... If I handed you £1 Million how happy would you be right now? What if you didn't get to wake up tomorrow? Would you still take it?....
