Hi All,
As I promised I'm here answering questions from my latest courses, this time it's from the course in Hamburg, that took place a couple of weeks ago.
The Q (As it appears in the title...): How Do I recognize if LeSS would fit?
The A: The question is a little bit strange to me, it's like asking whether improving would fit. The LeSS framework is focused on learning and improving, we believe it is a good fit for every organization that wants that.
The one thing I would recommend not to do is implement LeSS in an organization under serious financial difficulties in a level that will not allow the time and patience to learn and allow some room for failure.
