As I embarked on my journey as an intern at Bank Indonesia, the excitement was palpable. The first month was particularly overwhelming as I juggled multiple tasks, from attending meetings for The 66th EMEAP Deputies project to meticulously reviewing important documents. The key to managing this stress was a blend of mentorship, time management, and a steadfast approach to learning.
My mentor played a pivotal role in easing my transition. Right from the beginning, they introduced me to my colleagues and ensured I received support from the team. This support system was crucial in alleviating my initial anxieties. Whenever I felt the weight of my responsibilities pressing down on me, knowing that there was someone to guide and assist provided a great deal of comfort.
As the workload increased, especially during the preparations for The 66th EMEAP Deputies, I realized the importance of effective time management. Planning ahead became my mantra.
