How Do I Increase My Performance Without Burning Myself Out?

How Do I Increase My Performance Without Burning Myself Out?

What To Do When the Energy in a Room Is Low (a.k.a. The Energy Sucks!)

You are getting ready to walk into a team meeting (physically or virtually!) and you’re feeling pretty good. Your energy is stable, you’re feeling pretty confident, and your body feels neutral.

But then when you get into the room with your team, you can sense that something is off. You sense a drop in the energy and can even feel sensations in your body: it’s dragging, you’re tired, and the energy is low.

Turns out your energy and attention has been hooked by the low energy, and it’s pulling you into the lowest vibration in the room!

This can happen to anyone. But, not everyone knows how to meet the room energy where it’s at and learn to work with it — without becoming the energy of the room.

Navigating the lowest vibration in the room is a skill that is subtle (and sometimes intangible), but can make a huge impact!

The IEP Methodology can help strengthen your energy navigation muscles. You may even feel your own energy shift as you listen to these techniques, whether you tune into this video or participate in an experiential keynote, webinar, or training.

P.S.?I also recorded a quick livestream about these upcoming IEP Essentials trainings in July.?Listen to the recording here?to learn more about the critical skills we are teaching in these courses to help increase your performance and impact. A Message for Your Future Leader Self?

Imagine this…

It's Wednesday, July 5th, and you've just returned from the Independence Day holiday. You're looking at your already filled calendar and, as you start to feel a bit of tenseness rise up in your chest, your eyes see a bright spot coming up and feel an ease wash over you:

Two virtual IEP Essential Learning Labs with ACI?are on your calendar for July 11th and 25th!?Your nervous system relaxes knowing that you are going to have an incredible experience learning about the IEP Methodology and re-energizing yourself with Anese and other leaders like you.

Messages and emails for the day are already starting to flow in, but you feel more relaxed, resilient, excited, and grateful you registered and saved your spot early. Before you know it, the week has passed, and you're in the first webinar and having an incredible experience!

Now, imagine this…

It's Wednesday, July 5th, and you've just returned from the Independence Day holiday. You're looking at your already filled calendar, and as you start to feel that old familiar tenseness rise in your chest, you realize that you?forgot?to register for?the virtual IEP Essential Learning Labs with ACI.?Your messages are already overflowing, you have your first meeting in 5 minutes, and you don't even have time to think about when you can possibly plan leadership training for the team — let alone for yourself.

It’s no secret — culture change, performance initiatives, and company-wide training programs can take a long time to get in motion. By the time approval happens, programs can take even longer to get launched and may no longer be relevant for the original needs. And while you play the waiting game, you are still navigating team burnout, quiet quitting, and top-performer resignations — while also missing your chance to set a solid foundation for your team to feel seen, valued, and positively motivated.

But, small steps (like creating space for you and your team's growth and well-being) are an important and impactful start, and a leadership skill that can be practiced now.

That's why we want to make sure you DON'T MISS this important series to support you and your team.?Take action now and save your seat today.?Your future (and present) self will thank you.?

With devotion,
