How do I beat procrastination with Chat GPT and augmented intelligence?

I started this article by asking Chat GPT, "How can I beat procrastination with Chat GPT and augmented intelligence?" It spat out a reasonable 6-point response that I have put at the end of this article, but like many Chat GPT responses, it still needs to include my number 1 point of how I now get things done much quicker with AI solutions.?

I start with putting my thought, ideas, framework, or facts into chat CPT and prompt it to give me the output I desire "Write me an email," "Write a 500-word blog post", "give me a great quote about procrastination," etc.

This response to my prompt gives me an instant scaffold to write around so the project has begun.?

As Dr. Ned Hallowell said, "You can do anything if you can just get started." So I can continue to have a conversation with ChatGPT and pull out quotes or develop ideas while in a writing app (Grammarly - which now has an AI component called "Grammarly GO," which I don't use as much as Chat GPT as it is not as intuitive nor does it display my prompts in the conversation). As I write, Grammarly suggests better structures and corrects my grammar and spelling (more AI help).?

The big difference for me is that I have a start, there are other issues I have to deal with, but this gives me a point where I can quickly put my ideas down or flesh out a solution without the mental weight of getting it going. Once I have inertia, the task will get done promptly.?

In summary, the one significant benefit to me of using ChatGPT is getting any task, big or small, started.?
