How do FPN work with manufacturers?
So, you should know by now that FluidPowerNet is a search database which helps you locate required parts from companies using the site who have it in stock.
However, there is more to the site than just this…
One of the other features on the site is the MAP – Manufacturer’s Advertising Platform. We work with small to medium sized manufacturers who produce their own parts/brands, who are making equivalent parts. This gives you an alternative to the mainline brands that can take months to get hold of! These manufacturers are also looking to grow their distribution network and what better place to advertise this than on a platform full of hydraulic and pneumatic distributors!
As a dynamic team, we pride ourselves in being able to help our members in lots of different ways. We can help you find parts, we can help you sell your inventory and we can also do your marketing for you!
The Manufacturer’s memberships includes all of the following:
- A company profile on the MAP directory which includes a description of your company/products, links to your catalogues and contact information of who the distributors can contact if they have questions
- A banner advert which links through to your website
- Marketing and promotion in our monthly newsletters, on the FPN website and on our social media channels (we have over 30,000 connections on LinkedIn!)
