How to do an effective weekly reflection?

One of the mistakes people make when they want to grow, be more consistent and drive powerful change is to miss out on the pearls of wisdom that happen every single day. The ‘I’m too busy’ trap or the ‘I don’t know how’ trap stops people from learning about themselves and their experiences and they stay in reaction mode, never quite breaking through?
