Differential Viewpoint Technique [DVT]

It is a new technique developed by me. Disruptors have the ability to look at things from a very different viewpoint to generate their ideas. Most of us are locked onto our default viewpoints. This simple technique will help us uncover them and break out of those default viewpoints.

I recorded this session live 2 weeks ago when I presented this technique as part of a program Tiny Magiq is conducting for key executives at a large Client of ours.

In case you are wondering the Differential Diagnosis technique that Dr House uses is a scientific method used widely in the world of medicine across the world. There are several excellent videos on the topic on Youtube like this one.

Gen AI Agent

During this session, I also demo-ed a Gen AI Agent called FRM [Fault Mode to Responsibility Mode Mindset] that I built a while ago using our Expert Lens EAG [Expertise Augmented Generation] approach. BTW it was my first GPT on the GPT Store. The FRM uses this DVT to generate ideas for you. It is on our Agents page .
