InSite has made a significant effort over the past year to find strategic partnerships that bring tangible benefits to the business and lead digital offerings within the region.
The partnership with 欧特克 has always been a cornerstone of our business; the support, training, and leadership that has always enabled us to develop new skills, push technology and provide new services to our clients. InSite has already integrated new tools such as Spacemaker and looking into Twinmotation for 2023, and we are very excited.
Following this success, we looked to strengthen our business by partnering with more companies that would support our core offerings and bring new solutions to the market. ?

City Lab Offering
With our master planning team looking at how we can use city data to enhance our designs has been a critical focus. I have been working with Rob Asher ?at Giraffe Technology ?to develop data-driven city and portfolio management systems for clients and asset owners across the #gcc.
This platform is a lightweight digital twin we find people love to use. It brings designers, financial analysts, and others into one tool so every decision can be considered part of a portfolio. Every time someone uses it, they create more data that is easy to find and reuse.

Digital Twinning
We have been working with our clients to develop Digital Twin solutions, and strategy’s for years now, looking at how we can take this to the next level for our clients. We have been working with Adam Ward and Armin Tali? at Twinview to offer a Digital Twinning and Asset management platform. A new offering that will provide an innovative real-time property optimization platform that enables our clients to manage, monitor, and optimize their property performance.
The partnership with Twinview team has empowered our clients to understand their property portfolio with real-time insights into building, landscape, and asset performance, allowing them to optimize business outcomes.
Data & Analytics
Quality of data on our projects has always been a critical focus to maintain quality and outcomes for our clients. The complete modeling and datasets required within the market led us to look at new innovative ways of ensuring quality and tracking project KPIs. InSite has partnered with a firm based within the US that specializes in extracting project data and creating KPI dashboards to easily track model and data quality on our projects that are bespoke to project and client requirements.
