How Did You Show Up In 2022?
It is HARD to get 3 kids to show up for a book launch!

How Did You Show Up In 2022?

I'm sitting on an airplane, again, heading home after several days of training and speaking. I tend to reflect when flying. It's the moment when I am "forced" to be by myself with little distractions. You probable have those same moments in your life, and I hope you pause to reflect what you have done .

As 2022 is coming to an end, I invite you to look back at what you have accomplished. They could be personal or business related. How did you show up in life? Did you celebrate the wins? Did you look at your challenges and maybe mistakes and give yourself some grace? We are our own worst critics. Ask me how I know!

At the beginning of this year I ended a business relationship that was no longer "mutually beneficial" and was welcomed into another organization with open arms. Towards the end of the year, I ended a personal relationship and felt like a new person. We are born to change and have the privilege of making decisions as we grow in life. For the New Year New You, I invite you to reflect on your achievements, forgive yourself for all the stumbles you may have had, and direct your energy to all the planning for a better 2023.

I consider myself super blessed to be able to learn from incredible mentors and have the opportunity to be in the right place at the right time (very often, I put myself there - just showing up first). I would love to be a catalyst in your success, helping you fast track the journey and avoiding pitfalls. Please reach out to me if you need help. I would love to learn more about your goals and your plans for 2023.

I'm sharing a few accomplishments here and challenge you to write THEN SHARE with your loved ones and colleagues your list of achievements

  • Co-author and launched 2 books
  • Set up partnerships across industries
  • Became an investor in an AI start up company
  • Featured cover of a magazine
  • Spoke in Italy then get invited to speak in Dubai next year
  • Semi-enjoying being an empty nester (ok, I still make the youngest son come home every other week from UCLA and still drive an hour to have weekly dinner with the middle son in pharmacy school)

Now, it is YOUR turn. Write your list and enjoy the ride !
