How did you grow your hair long and healthy?

So, it's the dream of every girl to grow long and healthy hair! Obviously, for boys too!

 Nothing is weirder though!

 Scientifically, the growth of the hair mainly depends on the Genes you carry. Moreover, also on the care you take.

 Some of the tips which can help you to make your hair grow long and healthy!

Oiling: Personally, I prefer Pure Coconut oil over any other products. It truly makes your hair look lustrous and grow healthy. Oil every twice a week with a good head massage for atleast 15 minutes and leave for the whole night before washing it.

Avoid over shampooing: Daily shampooing can cause your hair roots to become fragile and break easily. Shampoo once or twice max in a week.

Eat healthy foods: The type of food we eat plays a major role in the hair growth. Eggs, meat and fish are rich sources of protein which makes your hair grow faster. For vegetarians, milk and milk products like yoghurt, cheese, paneer can help.

Reduce Stress: Major factor of good hair growth and less hairfall is to reduce stress. A happy life can reduce all problems and gives a glow to your life and hair too. :-D

Good Sleep: Adequate sleep of atleast 6–8 hours a day can reduce stress and hairfall.

Additional things: Apply a mask of eggs and curd over hair for 30 minutes every once a week for good hair growth.
