The new $1.2-million Alberta Centre for Labour Market Research may just be the game changer to support the traditional energy sector and the energy transition.

Matt Jones, Alberta's minister of jobs, economy and trade, said the centre will improve knowledge of labour market developments and inform policy decisions.
