How did our MIAMI GLOBAL BUSINESS CLUB came to be?

Well, allow me to tell you!

For quite some time now, I've witnessed how #connections and collaborations can turn ideas into concrete #businessopportunities. In fact, over the past few years, I've had the privilege of reconnecting with old friends and making new ones, all while being able to mutually serve each other with favors, advice, and/or #businessventures. It's worth noting that in many cases, my closest friends would ask me if I knew anyone interested in purchasing their #company, while others would inquire about where to #invest their #capital here in the USA.

The idea for Miami Global Business Club Corp (MGBC) stemmed from the need to create a space where trust and collaboration were the cornerstone for conducting business safely and reliably. Alongside my father and business partner, as well as two great (American) friends in Alabama and Washington DC, we shared a common vision. We had all experienced the widespread disillusionment caused by unethical practices in the business world. We felt there was an unmet demand for transparency and honesty in commercial dealings, and that close acquaintances and friends had also endured negative experiences.

So, we decided to take action and establish a club not just for conducting business, but for doing so among friends. We wanted to remove the barriers that often arise in more impersonal environments and build a space where sincerity prevails over unethical practices.

The club is built on the idea that business success is built on mutual trust, thorough verification of presented information, and due diligence. Each member who applies for access does so with a firm commitment to contribute to the club with the same spirit of transparency and cooperation that motivated us to found it. Here, trust is not assumed; it's a fundamental requirement.

One of our pillars is a rigorous project presentation process, a topic I'll delve into further in a subsequent article to provide a deeper understanding of the context we operate in. Each proposal must meet essential criteria before being considered by the board or club members. This ensures that we only endorse projects that are solid in their planning, market analysis, and viability assessment.

Additionally, we've always been individuals who enjoy serving others, and with that in mind, we believe we can add even more value to our members in two additional important aspects. Firstly, by providing a secure space for #hypernetworking with other high net worth friends, captains of industry, c-suite level members and other prominent friends. Secondly, by sharing the vast knowledge that each member possesses. Both of these occur at our monthly gatherings here in #Miami, The Magic City! We also share this information in an informative monthly newsletter where we analyze the country's economy, discuss business ventures presented by members, summarize the master class shared by our guest speakers, and more.

To us it's evident that MGBC is more than just a place to unite businesses and/or companies of friends and present them with investor friends and investment bankers. It's a space where we build lasting and beneficial relationships based on transparency and honesty.
