As we head further into 2021, I wanted to quickly give you a recap of what transpired in our real estate market over the last year. It was certainly a rollercoaster of a year. We started at the bottom as COVID slowed activity to a standstill, but then the market made an incredible rebound. This resulted in a huge jump in pending sales, closed sales, and median prices.
