How did IFL push the pace of progress in 2021?

Happy New Year!

I hope you have an enjoyable start to 2022! Over the next week via LinkedIn posts, I'll be highlighting some of the accomplishments that the team at I Follow the Leader achieved in 2021. Today, I'd like to share three of my favorite achievements with you via this newsletter.

If you haven't noticed yet from being a client, partner, supporter, subscriber, or all of the above, our firm is VERY different from most Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) firms in the market today.??

Relationship building and progress over the long-term matter most to our team.

Our clients desire to take strategic, measurable, and sustainable DEI action. Partnership with our firm allows organizations to couple the expertise of their team with our team's vast DEI knowledge and experience.?

Thank you to all of our 2021 partners! We are looking forward to the continued partnership.?
