How Did He Manage to Reach 7 Figure Income Coaching Business in 6 Months?

Background: Growth Notes has now started adding value to thousands of readers daily in their personal, professional, and business environments. I do take about 2-3 hours time to write this newsletter daily, however, it's worth it. For it helps you get some clearly defined doable strategies for your growth.
Today I share with you 3 things a Coach did right to move fast to a 7 figure income for him. He was earlier a friend and then became a client.
Story:- In the year 2019 I became super active on Linkedin, I started writing posts daily when even posting weekly was considered good enough. This helped me establish my personal brand & get leads faster than other coaches.
One day I told Vikram (name changed for privacy) that I have been getting some good leads and have been able to network well because of being active daily on Linkedin. Why doesn't he start that too?
He said, as a Coach, he was doing well and didn't find any need to invest his time into social media platforms like crazy. (Many professionals also, unfortunately, think the same way, until one day they realize...they need to seek a new job urgently and then they move to grow their Linkedin presence).
Anyway, days, weeks & months passed...one day in October 2019 he reached out to me and said, buddy, I think it's time for me now to be more active on Linkedin.
He attended one of my training for Top Industry Leaders on Personal Branding & Thought Leadership Building through Linkedin followed the process rigorously, as a result, became more active on the platform.
After couple of our coaching sessions - he did 3 amazing things just at the right time
1) Doing Power Talks - As a coach when you offer free talk, free advice, or free consultation....your prospects tend to know you a little more and are able to assess whether you could be the right fit for them. This also instills confidence in them and kind of gives....a trailer of a full movie.
Vikram started doing 2-3 powers talks a day....ie approx 50 Power talks a month. Power talks are discussions between 2 people, 1 sharing their current state vs desire state and the other helping them as an acting coach, to give clarity around reaching their desired state in personal, professional, or business areas.
In the power-talk session of an hour - he would establish himself as a prefered personal brand with the would-be client
2) Self-Branding Multiple Visits: He also did the rigorous SELF-BRANDING-ANALYSIS exercise of 7 days on defining his brand each day, he defined, redefined, and refined... This would result in knowing what he wanted to do, whom did he want to contribute to and how exactly would he do that with online & offline presence (including networking, content marketing, value-adding sessions, and more).
3) Clarity on Product Lines - His Personal Branding efforts also gave him much more clarity about his product lines. I would often debate with him on why he should keep 1 or 2 product lines for High-ticket clients & how should he not price them. One after another he kept on refining his product lines.
I also shared with him the value that he gives is worth much more than what he charges......I had already availed some of his support and seen how he coaches earlier....so I knew he was worth 7 figures. Often times, coaches undermine and undervalue themselves.
This boosted his confidence and each month he started touching 1 Million Indian Rupees figure.

Your personal branding efforts over a period of time will let you know your true worth when your audience comes back to you for repeated value addition to their lives even if they have to pay a little higher.
Growth Notes for You - These 3 things will help you build your personal brand faster & if you choose to be a coach you could potentially claim 7 figures soon
1) Define Your Personal Brand (It's a rigorous exercise but worth it): Let me share a quick definition of personal branding in my perspective.
When you define and identify yourself amongst your counterparts in such a way that others get attracted to your Physical, Mental, Professional and Ethical persona and willingly want to follow your thoughts, ideas, actions, experiences and values.....then you are a personal brand.
1(i) Brand = Identity so define who you are and how do you identify yourself amongst your counterparts.
eg If you are a Business Coach....How do you define yourself amongst your other business coaches?
1(ii) Attributes - Know your attributes like your appearance, how you speak, present and share your voice. One persona item can build your brand effectively, eg my rough curly unruly hair is my big brand attribute, similarly, my dotted style of writing...... reminds people of my identity. So figure out what distinguishes you from your counterparts and what people love about you or your work.
1(iii) Be distinct in your content and approach. While benchmarking with other influencers is a good thing...however you ensure you are YOU and not a copycat of anyone else.
As a coach or leader - ADD VALUE FOR FREE.....7 Figures will come but when you truly think of contributing and not minting money from people. I charge a premium but I give extreme value to my clients. This will build yourself as an exclusive personal brand. Initially, even if you have to consistently add value for free to prospects do that...it will surely build yourself as a strong personal brand.
I remember I started the "Leverage Linkedin" Initiative to inspire 6 million people about personal branding and online presence (including Linkedin), gave free training to over 30k people from around 30 countries, and got 5 clients without even promoting myself. This mission doesn't promote my personal coaching or programs at all, but these clients came on their own after attending the free sessions. So trust the universe...things will happen...JUST FOCUS ON ADDING TRUE VALUE.
3) Do not forget to walk your talk YET KNOW you would falter sometimes. I do falter from my commitments or promises sometimes..after all, we are all humans, aren't we? I admit that to my audience and if need be seek an apology. We are all humans and remember
Personal Brands are more vulnerable...however out of this vulnerability comes the humility and authenticity. Your authentic brand will in due course attract 7 figures income.
To summarise, 7 figures is not a distant dream when you have a clear strategy in hand and handholding support.
