How did he get a 55% hike in a reputed company after conquering all his weak English communication skills?
He started working at an early age in a local company when technology was not as advanced as now. In the beginning, one wants any job as a stepping stone to a bright future. He started the same. Year after year passed by. He upgraded his technical skills as per modern demand.
A decade went by, and he got married and changed several jobs too. He is super industrious. He understands the meaning of responsibility. Hence he never succumbed to any task. He used to strive to nail any task he had.
A more decade passed by. Now he is a father of two children. His trait of putting in all his efforts to nail any task without falling behind was a reason that all of the hierarchy from the top to the bottom knew him. He was easy to approach and used to believe in working harmoniously with all the teams and seniors.
After two decades he was a stellar performer. He had attained mastery of full-stack development and cloud systems.
Suppose someone works wholeheartedly and has a knack for nailing any task without procrastination. His or her seniors and colleagues start approaching to take his help to finish their work. He was the victim of this culture and he used to be saddled with other tasks apart from his actual job.
Because of this, he was compelled to work beyond his shift time. Once you start helping to complete others' tasks, it may be teammates or some seniors people. It is a hard nut to crack to forbid them. Gradually one is instilled with a fear of being on the verge of losing a job if he says no to his seniors.
Gradually it became overwhelming for him. He had no time for family. His health condition started becoming frail. Since he always sat glued to his workstations.

This predicament took him down the rabbit hole. Sometimes he built resentment but he needed to stifle it. It was the only income source to manage the family and household chores.
Many well-reputed companies approached him looking at his LinkedIn profile since he had armed with many demanding skill sets. But those companies were helpless to hire him.
Because he upgraded himself with all the demanding technical skill sets but couldn't develop English communication skills. Only weak English communication skills were depriving him of getting a well rewarding job that he deserved.
He had strived to learn it in a traditionally spoken center that hardly works up to the level a working professional needed.
One day he stumbled over one of my LinkedIn posts and approached me. He discussed his desperate situation I could relate to mine too. I assured him to muster all his courage and show perseverance to learn with me. It took him years and finally got a plum job with a 55% increase.
