I attended a TV show the other day and I remembered about THE BEGINNINGS- how we created?Elite Business Women Club?and how we chose the?name?

Autumn I feel it is about new beginnings-??so good news, we come up with a series of new opportunities for you and your business!

First THE BEGINNING OF EBW is about FAILURE.

And I'd like us to talk about this more often as a social experiment for both mental and emotional health.?For many years I did not talk about this beginning, I was ashamed to say that I failed . Failling is normal. It's part of life as well as success

After a 7-year experience in multinationals and a collaboration with the European Commission on gender equality, from 19 years to 26 years, I decided to enter entrepreneurship and create an ONLINE mentoring platform for women in corporations, given the expertise in multinationals - the project was called Female Leadership Organization.

I was 26 years old, zero expertise in entrepreneurship and zero resources to create a complex .ONLINE platform, which cost somewhere around 10,000 euros at that time.

?I've made an inventory of remy available resources:?I'm connected with a lot of business people on LinkedIN. So I started looking for an investor partner for my project on LINKEDIN. I got a few hundred NO 's?- over 500.

?

After 6 months and over 500 emails?I received?a YES from a South African investor. I agreed that I will work voluntarily to create the Online application, he will pay the costs of the application and then we will create the business as co-founders.

I worked for over 8 months and in JUNE 2014 we launched FLO - Female Leadership Organization. It's just that after the launch I got an email that knocked me down- this project belongs to him, the investor and I can work as an employee, if I want to.?

I did NOT sign the employee contract. I had the strenght to say NO, the first NO addressed to the first investor at 26 years old.

I was upset, dissapointed and frustrated but I started to coach myself.?If you haven't read Outwitting the Devil- Napoleon Hill, I recommend, it's like a scene from that book.

Bianca Mentor: What did you learn in this project??

Bianca Human: To organize events, to create online platforms, I created a network of people, to do online marketing, etc.

Bianca Mentor: What will you do with these resources?

Bianca Human: I put the word BUSINESS on paper, that's what I want to do. I put on paper the word WOMEN, a business with , for and about women. I put on paper, ELITE, to be an ELITIST business.

And I read with tears in my eyes ( about my failure at my beginning?in entrepreneurship)?- ELITE BUSINESS WOMEN, my new business.

6 years later- EBW is:

- a Business Club with elite women entrepreneurs

- is an ecosystem for business education - through business events, ONLINE platform, mentoring programs, webinars, workshops

FAILURE is an integral part of SUCCESS.

ONLINE is a fantastic resource for a business

Change the PLAN but not the GOAL

PAY ATTENTION what skills and talents you practice for your business, it will make the difference in need
