Currently, generated summaries are enabled for all Dialpad calls and meetings if Ai is enabled. With this feature, conversations are more efficient, understandable, and accessible.

As a result, Ai Scorecards increases evaluations by 10x, providing instant insight into coaching opportunities, real-time feedback to agents, and consistency by removing human bias.

I'm extremely impressed with how dialpad has differentiated it's solution compared to other competitive offerings. It's a lot like a Tesla - sure it's a car - but it's more. The rest of the industry is selling combustion engine vehicles while Tesla is selling, for lack of a better word, a drone capable of driving you to where you need to go. Dialpad is doing the same thing with the UCaaS space.
