? Manage, coach, and communicate you value each member of your team.
? Don’t think you have anything to learn.
? Build trust.
? Don’t consistently change your focus, strategies, or priorities.
In Summary: Leadership is a position with consequences. Don’t lack self-awareness. Continuously cultivate your skills to lead effectively.

2 年Oh, this is so on point Joshua Miller . Upskilling and reskilling is an imperative. Individuals need to take personal responsibility and companies would do well for themselves by creating opportunities for #talentdevelopment . I think the opportunity exists as much for #talent pipelining as it does for currently-employed people. Organizations need to take an active approach in their industries to attract and nurture the right talent directly into their orgs.

2 年Excellent point about upskilling there Joshua Miller. At the moment businesses (at my end) seem to be stuck looking at surviving for tomorrow! At least the mid-sized ones I speak and interact with. A future planning with 3-4 years scenario isn't something they are looking at. Taking that into account + disruptions + impact of ai & vr getting to plan what skills the people would need down the line and the people a business wants to have at that time becomes critical.
